Driver Support

The ChargePoint Network takes care of drivers so you don’t have to and, with the ChargePoint brand, drivers are assured that they will have reliable charging for their electric vehicle (EV) whenever and wherever they need it.

If desired, drivers can locate your charging stations from anywhere in the world.  Drivers can locate ChargePoint Charging Stations by visiting chargepoint.net.au from their computer or drivers can also use their smart phone (iPhone App) to locate stations and to monitor the charging status of their EV.

The ChargePoint Network keeps drivers informed so they know their EV charging status at all times.  The network can notify drivers with a text or Email message when their vehicle is fully charged or if their charging session is interrupted for any reason such as unplugged cable or GFCI fault.

From anywhere across the globe, drivers can call the customer service telephone number located on every ChargePoint Charging station and will be greeted by our knowledgeable and courteous customer support representatives. Our representatives are always prepared to answer questions and to provide remote assistance for any driver using a station on the network.
