The ChargePoint Network Service Manager provides you the tools to provision and specify charging station locations on an Internet map, perform advanced remote diagnostic/management functions and view detailed operations reports. Accessed via a feature-rich web interface, the Service Manager helps you protect your investment, reduce downtime and minimize the need for on-site maintenance.

Feature List	Feature Description
Alarm monitoring	View, clear, enable and disable alarm conditions: Boot Up, Plug Out, GFCI Trip, Station Bank Switched, Abnormal Session Termination, Over Current Detected, Unreachable, Maintenance Required.
Station Provisioning	Set name, description, and latitude, longitude by positioning the station’s icon on the map. Monitor progress of provisioning operations.
Account creation	Create accounts and log-in credentials for Station Manager.
Notifications	SMS, Email notification for maintenance required and for new Station Manager account creation.
Access Control List (ACL) configuration	Configure Access Policies for one or more stations. Define private access options based on individual, groups, time and calendar.
Advertisement control	Configure advertisements to scroll on the station’s displays.
Reports	View graphical or tabular reports including station inventory, historical alarms, usage summary with CSV export, for all stations or individual stations. Sort station usage data by: time, session length, energy, and location.
Real time station location and status	View station locations on map with their real-time occupancy status.
Station duration	View duration of charging session.
Station energy delivered	View energy delivered to vehicles.
Station Greenhouse Gas (GHG) savings	View GHG savings for charging sessions.
Station property sheet	View station properties (serial number, model number, software version, location).
Station session lists	View list of station usage trends.
